My name is Laurie and I'm a retired orchestra teacher with a love for baking.

After teaching for 26+ years, it was time to trade my conducting baton for a spatula. 

​

I find joy in baking for my family and friends. I provide treats for: weddings, baby showers, baptisms, confirmations, birthday parties, graduation parties and more!

​

I am registered under the Minnesota Cottage Food Law to bake out of my home. These products are home made and not subject to state inspection.

When I'm not in the kitchen, you can find me teaching private string lessons, performing in local musical events and catching up on "The Great British Baking Show."
